Who we are

Siteflect is a service provided by EAGENCY WEB DESIGN SRL, registered office at 12 Avram Iancu Street, Târgoviște, Dâmbovița County, Romania, Trade Register no. J2023000354159, tax ID (CUI) 47845036 (“we”). You can write to us through the contact page.

The service

Siteflect creates, hosts and publishes business websites with the help of artificial intelligence and offers modules for them: forms, bookings, chat, newsletter, reviews and more. The account is managed in the app.siteflect.com web app and in the phone apps. Subscriptions and credits are bought on the web only.

Your account

You use Siteflect on behalf of a business or for your professional activity. You keep your account details correct and your password safe, and you answer for what the people you invite do in the account. If you learn that someone uses your account without the right to, write to us at once.

Subscriptions, payments and credits

Prices are those shown on the pricing page at the time of payment. Payments go through Stripe.
A subscription renews automatically every period until you cancel it; cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Credits are spent on AI actions, at the prices shown in the app. Credits included in a subscription expire at the end of the period; credits bought separately expire after 12 months. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Amounts paid are not refunded for the current period, except where the law provides otherwise.
Refunds: a payment may be refunded, on request, only while nothing has been made in the account, meaning no site, logo or other content has been generated and no credit has been spent. After that, the payment is no longer refunded. You send the request through the contact page. Every payment comes with an invoice, and every refund with a credit note.
The service starts as soon as you pay. Before paying, you agree to this in the app. If you use Siteflect as a consumer, you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once you generate something in the account.

Your content

The texts, photos, logos and other materials you add remain yours. You give us the right to store, process and display them only as far as needed to provide the service. Your site appears in our portfolio only if you agree.

You warrant that you have the right to use what you add, and you answer for the content published on your sites. For the data of your sites’ visitors, your business is the controller and we process it on its behalf.

AI-generated content

Texts, images and logos generated with AI may contain mistakes and may resemble existing material. Check them before you publish: you decide what appears on your site and you answer for its accuracy, including prices, offers and legal information.

What is not allowed

publishing content that is illegal, misleading, incites hatred or infringes the rights of others;
using the service for spam, phishing or malicious software;
trying to get around limits, payments or security measures, or overloading the platform;
accessing other customers’ data.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules; where possible, we tell you beforehand.

Domains

Every site gets an address on siteflect.app while the service is active. Your own domain stays yours; you can connect and disconnect it at any time.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Siteflect running without interruption, but maintenance and failures beyond our control can happen. We may improve and change the service’s features; we tell you in advance about changes that significantly reduce your rights.

Ending the service

You can close your business or delete your account at any time in Settings. After a subscription ends, the sites stay online for 14 days, then offline for another 60 days so you can renew; after that, the business and its data are deleted for good. We email you before each step.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the last 12 months and does not cover indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost customers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. We first try to settle any disagreement amicably; if that fails, the courts of our registered office have jurisdiction. Any rights the law gives you as a consumer, where they apply, remain unaffected.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We tell you about important changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect; if you do not agree, you can stop using the service at any time.
